Affiliate Disclosure

How we monetize our independent science-backed publications.

Summary: We may earn commissions when you purchase products through our links. This does not change the price you pay and never influences our editorial ratings.

Why Do We Use Affiliate Links?

Running an independent editorial publication requires significant resources. We hire clinical writers, medical reviewers, and technical staff to read research papers, check clinical databases, and maintain our technical platform.

To keep our content free and avoid obtrusive pop-up ads that ruin the reading experience, we partner with affiliate programs. When you click a link on Cedar Journal to purchase a product we recommend, we may receive a small percentage of that sale as a commission from the retail partner (such as Amazon or direct brand stores).

Does This Influence Our Editorial Standards?

No. Our editorial team operates completely independently of our affiliate partnerships. We evaluate products based on clinical efficacy, dosages, raw ingredient quality, and third-party laboratory certifications.

If a product has poor bioavailability, is underdosed, or lacks safety certifications, we will state this clearly, regardless of whether that brand offers an affiliate program. We regularly recommend products for which we receive zero compensation because they represent the best scientific choice for the reader.

Questions or Concerns?

If you have any questions regarding our affiliate relationships, the products we review, or how we verify information, please do not hesitate to contact our editorial desk.
